No referral is required — you can book directly with Don Kelly Physiotherapy & Acupuncture. We welcome all patients without needing a GP’s approval.

our first session includes a detailed assessment of your history, strength, flexibility, posture, and pain triggers. You’ll receive an initial treatment and a tailored treatment plan with home exercises.

We provide a holistic range of therapies, including Physiotherapy, Dry Needling & Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, and Custom Orthotics — all within one clinic to meet your needs.

Most sessions last 45–60 minutes, and treatment plans vary depending on your condition and progress. Some improve in a few visits, while others require ongoing rehab.

Treatments aim to reduce pain; however, you may feel some temporary discomfort — especially when mobilizing stiff muscles or joints. Let us know if it becomes too intense, and we’ll adjust accordingly.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes — e.g. shorts for lower limb issues or a tank top for shoulder pain. Bring any relevant medical history or imaging, and you’ll be guided through an intake form if needed.

Don Kelly has over 26 years of experience treating a range of conditions: sports injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehab, nerve and soft tissue issues, and more. Many patients avoid surgery under his care.

We go beyond treating symptoms — our holistic care includes hands-on therapy, tailored home exercises, posture corrections, and lifestyle advice to prevent recurrence and ensure lasting improvement.
